Best Way Inn Cleburne, TX Hotel

Stayed here on a business trip, and in that instance I don't at all recommend, but if you need a place to stay and don't mind paying for it up-front (as the front desk person seemed to indicate was their preference) you'll be OK. They don't seem up-to-date on taking reservations via travel agencies like Travelocity or Hotels.com, as the front desk was really confused and couldn't find my reservation online, and ultimately got double-charged for the stay. If it wasn't for all that mess, this would've been a 3 or even 4 star review, as the hotel itself was in better condition than I expected.

we arrived at about 10:30pm, we need to ring the bell before someone come out to check in for us, we booked a room for 4, but there is only one medium size towel, and 2 small and e big towels, we need 4 sets of towels. The towels are all very thin, all are cheap quality, the pillow is hard, and become flat once you sleep on it. The room looks old. The wi-fi didn't work, no breakfast provided, and the price is not cheap, almost a hundred USD for 1 night. They are overpriced for such poor quality.

Best Way Inn has been an excellent place for my sister and her two sons to stay, for an extended stay. Management has been very helpful and understanding, and the room rate has been very reasonable. A big thank you to management.

If 3.5 was an option that’s what I would give. As someone who travels a lot for work it is what I have come to expect. As you read reviews some overly positive and overly negative I can tell you my room had vinyl flooring clean bedding some reviews mention stains or “discoloration” I think this is the lighting the room is rather dim with only two lamps and a walk in light, but my all my bedding was clean furniture is what you’d expect for an “ Economy budget hotel” very basic furniture with mini fridge microwave coffee and a tv. The lobby does have a small odor to it my room did not, walls are thin but they are in almost any hotel.
