Bella Vista Hotel & Suites Lynchburg

The rooms were nice and clean. No carpet which makes it even better. Breakfast food was cold if you got any. No juice after an hour of breakfast or cups to get anything to drink. Doors slamming at 3:00 am was not cool. You don't give a room to someone at 3:00 am when you have guests right next door or across the hall. Pool area was the best part of our stay. Temperature of the pool was about 82 degrees and the canban style seats were nice.

It was clean, very modern and nice. Will stay here again when I visit my granddaughter. The people were very polite. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. It had all the cookware , dishes, cutlery, that you needed. A washer dryer combo in the bathroom. Breakfast area and pool very nice also. Most of all, the bed was comfortable.

This place is adorable and I loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the ladies at check in. The restaurant attached was also very good. However, it seems we were given an accessible room despite having booked 2 months in advance, and the bathroom/shower could’ve been better. There’s not a good place to hang up your towels, just the metal bars they have surrounding the toilet for people needing help getting up. The shower head is also pointing towards the narrow part of the shower so water immediately sprays out because the curtain and the little ledge they have doesn’t keep the water in, instead of having the shower head on the wall that allows the sprayer to go towards the other shower wall. The hotel had the vibe of offering something different, and the interior and the room were nice. However, the breakfast was a disappointment: while I appreciated the fruit salad, for the rest this was your basic typical, unhealthy, unsustainable American hotel breakfast. Replacing the single-use cutlery, cups and plates with reusable ones would make miracles in making the breakfast a more enjoyable experience.

This Hotel by far is one the best I have stayed at. I was in town for a wedding. When I tell you the front desk staff was beyond accommodating and pleasant and professional my daughter didn’t want to leave. The kitchen staff was amazing also. The free breakfast was delicious. The hotel is modern and the decor is beautiful. Me and my daughter enjoyed the pool. I also used the gym. 10 out of 10. If I am ever in Lynchburg again this is the only hotel I’m staying at
