Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lincoln

Me, my grandfather, and my daughter came to this hotel and we received great care. The man over the counter was very kind and attentive. Whenever we had questions or needed something the staff was very prompt in addressing it. Honestly, I don't have any complaints for this hotel. Clean rooms, kind staff and great for the price. I would definitely come here again if I need to be in a hotel in the future.

Roaches! Two roaches in 2 different rooms like changing the rooms was going to do anything plus the place smelled like the place was recently sprayed for bugs. I left and went to a different hotel. Service was good and got my money back without any trouble.

My stay at Baymont Suites was disappointing from the very beginning. Staff were unwelcoming and only focused on warning me about losing my deposit if I damaged the room, rather than providing any kind of hospitality.||While I was in the lobby, a random man sitting on the couch — who didn’t even work there — kept questioning me as if I was a delivery driver. Even more concerning, the front desk clerk (Essis) asked if I knew him instead of addressing the situation.||On top of that, my room had at least five house flies inside. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unsanitary. It's definitely not the kind of hospitality I expect when staying at a hotel.||Travelers deserve far better for their money

Positive: The room was clean Negative: The room showed sign of age. The mattress was Awful! Big dip on each side of the bed. Standing beside the bed the mattress had indentions on each side reaching at least 4" deep. When U laid down it was AWFUL about 8" deep!

This was terrible. There was a marijuana nugget on my floor and the floors were sticky. The towels had stains, the bedding had stains. The a/c filter was torn, the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the bathtub was so dirty. I brought all of this to the front desk and I was told “ well do you want a broom?” And I said no baffled, then he said “well let me get you some new towels, sorry about that” they won’t issue me a full refund even though we left the same day we checked in. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
