Customer Reviews
Sad hotel gets a review with the people that stay in it. 130am-330am every 20 mins door open and closes. Recommend cops check this place out in parking lot to get your quota. Rooms were nice remodeled but skunk smell awful in elevators.
I was only here for a night, which was doable, but I would try to find a better place to stay if here for multiple nights. The room had an odor to it, and some of the electrical outlets were missing the cover plates, and others seemed loose when plugging in my phone charger. The bathtub, while I hope it is sanitized, it did not appear very clean. It looked more like time was showing and needs some updates. Furthermore, in the shower drain, there was a wad of hair, and the shower curtain had some mold on it. Also, there was some loud music or something playing. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. The male who checked us in and the female who checked us out were nice. The breakfast was simple and offered a couple of options to include cereal, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, w
They are only getting 1 star because the 2 managers I spoke to were friendly and helped with my accommodations. I paid for 3 nights but I only stayed 1 night. I had to change my room to another one, there's no fridge, a large rip in the curtain. It didn't smell clean at all. The second room had a dirty fridge, dirty bed cover they fold at the end of bed and trash from a previous guest. The towels were dingy and the shower curtain was nasty and smelled. Unfortunately, all the hotels were booked in the area, so I stayed and slept in my clothes and used my pillow and blanket I brought. One guest changed her room 4 times at least and the next day a different guest called the hotel a roach motel as I was checking out. The indoor pool was closed due to "COVID". I believe no one wanted to take th
The entire Hotel is run down, our room was wiped down at best and felt very unsafe. The only amenities they actually had was free parking. Pool has clearly been closed for years, the breakfast was a waffle maker and juice. Broken furniture piled everywhere, and the management was unhelpful. They charged my card 73 dollars even though I paid in cash including a 100 dollar deposit for a already damaged room. After asking I was told I had to wait till Check out for a refund.
The room was nice. There was a bolt out of the toilet seat so the seat slipped back and forth. The breakfast bar was kept up. There was hardly any food left a couple hours after it opened. No one kept it clean. There was waffle mess all over the counter. Not a large variety of food. Only hot food was the waffle maker.
