Baymont by Wyndham Springfield I-44

Angie was awesome for breakfast she made sure we had what we needed. Everything was delicious and the area was clean and organized for breakfast. I gotta tell you we could not believe how good the Eggs were. They were better than the local diner.. the mattresses were comfortable. The rooms were clean the pillows it makes you almost wanna take it home lol but we did bring our own and we use the hotels. The front greeter at check-in was an absolute sweetheart. This was on Tuesday, February 3. I forgot what her name was but she would remember me because of the Huachuca Mountains we talked about for mineral mining. I’m the president of a mineral club from Connecticut and we were on an excursion to Arizona and this stop was the best one hands-down I’ve ever stayed up. The floor was gorgeous. Ev

Arrived later in the evening, after driving all day. When walking to the room, the entire 2nd floor hallway had a very strong Marijuana odor. The bed pillows were small throw pillows. The bed was uncomfortable. There were bottles of shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower that were empty. The breakfast room monitor was very harsh and loud. I've stayed in hotel's all across the country and this was the first time I was asked to provide my room key to eat breakfast. The powdered eggs were runny. The fried potatoes were frozen and microwaved, but still cold in the middle. Never again

We appreciated that the front desk was 24 hour. My husband and I had quite a drive ahead of us. We did not get to Baymont until 1:30 am. We were able to get our room without any difficulty. Left early. Breakfast was ready at 6:00 am. Pancake maker was very good! Thank you!

Positive: The staff and the breakfast Negative: I loved and hated being in the room closest to the elevator. It was nice to not be booked in the room farthest from the elevator. But, we were so close that we heard it all night long

Top notch service! I have high anxiety and I travel with 2 dogs the attendant the night of my stay was amazing and helped me thru the evening "I had to switch rooms after driving for 13hrs" she made it easy! Perfect nights sleep! Thanks again!
