My stuff was stolen out of my room when ii complained they thought ii was lying ii had to call the police so they would agree to pull the cameras surprise surprise all cameras work EXCEPT the angle that would capture my room smh could have at least refunded my 1 night stay but it’s cool ii took that loss .. DO NOT STAY HERE!! bed was uncomfortable as well cause ii don’t like to have plastic still on the bed like a child

Read the horror story reviews and couldn't find truth in any of them. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and as pictured with no stains on sheets or towels, no sign of bugs, and the window coverings adequate, the doors worked fine, and the housekeeping staff was excellent. Didn't eat breakfast there because of the reviews, but I checked it out on our last day there and there was PLENTY of food. We had two rooms and this was all true for BOTH.

This property has a morbid history. I see a number of comments about the rooms having been "gutted". I'm quite familiar with the property, having been the Night Auditor February, 1985 until April, 1987, when it was a Holiday Inn. Bringing the property up to par for 21st Century business travelers would require a major investment: 1. The hotel had a water flow heating and cooling system, which was outdated even in the 1980s. It would regularly shut itself off, forcing me to walk back and restart it. 2. It was wired during the analog era, making it archaic today. 3. There was a backup in the kitchen's sewer lines. I would smell the stench when I walked past the dishwashing station. That's why this property languished as an America's Best Value Inn in recent years. Kudos to the new owner

I stayed Friday -Sunday and I have no regrets the room was wonderful clean and spacious extra large fridge bigger than most ive ever seen anyway staff was available and ready to serve and location WOW absolutely everything was right at hand from Walmart to Lowes and all in between they offered good breakfast in a lovely space and during good hours i just loved it and im gonna choose it again.

Positive: The price Negative: I didn’t like the dirtyness on the floors.
