My stay at this hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the incredible hospitality of Laurie and Pintu at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Laurie was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile .she made check-in a breeze and provided great recommendations for local spots. Pintu was equally outstanding, offering quick solutions whenever I needed something, and making sure every detail of my stay was perfect.||Their teamwork and positive energy set the tone for the entire hotel experience. We stay here when visiting our daughter in Salem. They have been remodeling through the times we have started staying there. Good job guys. Rooms are clean, staff is ALWAYS friendly, breakfast is great. Their prices are better than any of the competitors around them.

Positive: Staff was wonderful! Front desk receptionist was new. She was friendly and was very helpful with moving me to a new room. Room had clean bed sheets, towels, and complimentary soap, microwave, TV, and small refrigerator. Location was convenient. Negative: Going through renovations and some sloppy work showing in area where the room was. Dried paint splatter on bathroom sink and counter. Old curtains with holes in the lining. Hallway side door leading to parking lot wouldn't close completely.

Customer service was great, towels and linens were nice and clean, the locations was great. But there was hair in the tub, thus it was not cleaned well. The toilet was not throughly cleaned, there was brown marks on toilet seat that I had to clean off and they came off once I did, that’s unacceptable! Finally the noises the fridge and toilet made through the night made it hard to sleep. Please better this for future guests.

Wonderful stay. Ammenties were awesome and I slept very well (nice and quiet!). Pintu made my check in and checkout very easy and he was available if I had had any issues. Reasonably prices for what you get! I highly recommend!
