Baymont by Wyndham Rockford

This hotel was clean, bright, quiet and safe. Not many late food options but the gas stations nearby had a lot of convenience options. Room was perfect and large and the overall price was a good value. Front desk was the smoothest I have ever had with a check in. This will be my go to when working the Rockford area.

Booked 1 room king suite- Really nice and big. Bed was nice and firm- showerr had great prussure and hot water.Shower head was good. Nice tv but no working channel guide-ask clerk for channel station sheet. Breakfast was good but no meat on Friday morning and no eggs nor meat on Saturday.They had 3 waffle irons so that helped and the attendent did keep well supplied on other breakfast items(coffe maker was excelent

Positive: The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast provided was really good. The employees we spoke to were all very nice. Negative: I did not like the sink and counterspace being out in the open. When others were sleeping, I could not use that area without turning the light on and disturbing them. That is the only thing I did not like about the entire stay.

Hotel was in pretty good shape. Staff were awesome.The room was a 1 bedroom king suite and was absolutley super. Only had 1 problem and thats the tv. Tv was large enough but no channel guide showing whats on and whats coming on later. Breakfast was surprising.Saturday morning 12-19 no meat Sunday no eggs NOR meat.Nice having 3 waffle irons Attendent did great job keeping everything else for breakfast well supplied(could use 1 more toaster)

Check in was easy, they saw my same day reservation I made on Expedia. There’s $100 refundable deposit they explain and have u sign of an acknowledgment form for. The lobby was clean and neat. Front desk was nice and professional. Room was clean and easily accessible. Beds were comfy. Halls were quiet. I saw the pool from my parking space it looked decent but I didn’t visit the pool area. It served its purpose for a safe place to lodge short notice while awaiting the birth of my first grandchild
