All the staff will make your stay feel pleasant; they're always attentive to make you feel at home.You'll find a delicious breakfast, an elevator, comfortable rooms—don't hesitate to make a reservation when you come on vacation! I wasn't expecting a 5* or 4* hotel but this place was terrible. The property and room is very run down. The rooms have the old outside wall heating/air unit. It was all broken up and grill was partly missing. Also very dirty where air was supposed to blow out. About 10 pm we turned the heat on only to find that it didn't work and only blew cold air. Called the desk and he came down and confirmed it wasn't heating up. He did bring us an electric heater to use for the night. The worse thing was being met by a roach crawling across the floor the next morning. Nope not just one, we found 2 more when we opened the cabinet to the fridge. The service here was very nice! The people during check-in and Check out were nice! My only problem was the hot water in the morning there wasn’t much. I liked the location because it was near everywhere I wanted to go. I will definitely use this hotel again!

Positive: Room location, shower pressure, temp, daily maid attendance, pool still open, my location was super quiet! Negative: Stupid spot for a hair dryer, kept knocking it with my elbow when getting ready, could have exhaust fan in shower room, super steamy!

Sam gave an outstanding check-in experience....for the price on this place, I felt it was probably going to be a bit of a gamble because it just seemed too good to be true but a friend and I were only staying for two nights. I had opted for a more premium room option and my friend the cheapest option, only for him to get a free upgrade so that we could stay on the same floor. Would definitely recommend
