I want to start off by saying the service was great, the attendants did their job very well. My issue isn't with the employees, its with the hotel itself. The rooms are dated, and If you have a noise sensitive condition (like me), if you are a light sleeper, or if you simply value peace and quiet, DO NOT STAY HERE. The walls are paper thin, the doors aren't sealed to the floor, and the windows may as well be nonexistent. I had no issue getting a new room, management was very accommodating. My original room was faced the street. The hotel is off a busy highway; I DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP THE FIRST NIGHT. I heard every semi-truck that passed by. The very next day I moved to a room that faced the back of the hotel. I still heard the traffic, it wasn't as loud. Now I only had to deal with the gue

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They eliminated sausage and eggs as part of the breakfast saying they are too expensive to offer in the slow season. The hairdryer was malfunctioning and sparked and smoked when we tried to use it. No shower amenities in the bathroom (maybe this is standard among hotels nowadays). The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Overall it was “good” … we would stay here again.

Positive: location , easy access to other places Negative: a few bugs in shower.... centipedes.... bathroom sink area.... not enough room to place necessary cosmetics bag on the counter.... and over all remodeling... not a professional job... very sloppy...

Don't waste your money. I'm genuinely wishing we slept in the car. Listing online promised queen beds and only had full. Attempt to call front desk and get treated like I'm the problem and told all rooms have full size only. No water pressure and had to individually squeeze each point where water came out of shower head due to lack of cleaning the hard water. Took over 30 min to check in due to clerk not speaking English and not manning desk. Stood in lobby with empty desk for 15 minutes of that with no way to reach employee. Light in bathroom shuts off automatically after 2 minutes no matter what. In 10 min shower lost lights 5 times. And then when trying to go to bathroom during night, lights flood on with motion sensor no matter how many times you turn them off.

One of our worst stays in recent history! The parking lot was a mess, full of asphalt cracks. The "ramp" for handicapped access was not cleared of snow even after 3 weeks! And the handicapped space on the side of the building was poorly marked. The lobby is tiny, which makes it difficult to find a space to eat at at the rather pathetic free breakfast. The room itself was very tired looking, with tape marks on the carpet, peeling areas of furniture, missing grill areas on the HVAC unit. They advertised that there were "roll-in showers" for wheelchair users, which was inaccurate. The shower units had a lip, and in no way could a wheelchair user get in or out. The "free breakfast" consisted of coffee, juice, really tiny bite-sized muffins, cereal, bread and a waffle machine. Pathetic. But the
