Our room was dirty, stains on pillow case and blanket. A pile of dirt in the corner of our window which had also accumulated on the floor. Thermostat on the wall for baseboard heat did not work. Nobody informed us that the heat came from the AC unit which was dirty and missing the casing. Bedside clocks face plate fell off when I tried to turn the clock to see the time. Front desk refused to provide us with some type of compensation. Do not recommend!

This low cost hotel is updated /renovated and it can serve the purpose. Some features are still outdated including bathtubs, but if you need low cost hotel just to sleep on your long trip - I would recommend.

Positive: "" Negative: All queen rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator. So on an ankle with multiple injuries I got to trudge up and down stairs every day. Yes I told them at check in, no they did not change it because my "room type" was all upstairs.

Heater is broken in the room so it’s freezing. The tv antenna does not work so we can’t watch tv either. The mini fridge was making a loud ticking noise and so I had to unplug it. The front desk staff is kind but the room is terrible due to these reasons.

I must say, I definitely got my money’s worth staying at this hotel. The internet connection is excellent, and there’s a decent desk setup suitable for remote work. However, I need to raise a serious safety concern: the hanger on the bathroom door is extremely hazardous. I had a close call where it nearly injured my eye—it’s positioned in a way that makes it very easy to walk into. I strongly urge management to reconsider its placement or remove it entirely to avoid potential accidents. That thing is more of a weapon than a convenience.
