I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Mr. Haashish (name probably not spelled correctly), who I believe is the manager at this hotel. He had the nerve and audacity to tell me that commissary breakfast is not allowed in the rooms. I literally just had a cup of orange juice and a waffle. It felt like he was trying to strong arm me or throw his weight around just to get a reaction. Then he said that taking commissary breakfast into the room “causes roaches.” That was honestly hilarious to me are you telling me I can’t order a pizza or any takeout to my room because roaches will appear? I mentioned to him im a grown ass man and don't talk to me as I am a child ...I spend alot of money here when I'm in town. Never have I ever been told this or heard of such something soo ridiculou

The best way to describe our stay is absolutely disgusting. We reserved two rooms for us. We checked in early on the phone because we got a text from the hotel saying we could, then had to pay a fee for that. We get there and she tells us that not only are we not checked in but that we have to pay an extra 68$ fee on top of everything else. Then she say she needs my mother to come in with her I.D. to make sure she's actually there. We finally get through all of that, get our keys, get to our rooms just find out they're disgusting. One smells manure and dog and the other is covered in cobwebs, food particles on the floor, and obviously hasn't been wiped down. Was shown no availability on Friday he app, but noticed that there were few cars in the front parking lot as I went past. I got off the next exit and went back. Not seeing anyone at the desk, I called the reservation number and spoke to a woman who told me that there was a room available for the rewards program I am enrolled in. Knowing that and seeing a man walk out from the back, I got out of my car thinking to complete the reservation in person. I thanked te woman on the phone, told what I intended to do, and hung up. Unfortunately, the man at the night window told me that the available room would cost $30 more and I couldn’t register, nor get a room or be allowed even into the lobby until 4 am, which was at least an hour later. I got back in my car, called the reservation desk again

Jolene Thomas is trying to over charge me for my stay. I've spent weeks at this hotel one because I'm a travel nurse commuting and 2 because I had some car trouble. I spoke to all employees. Erica, was very accommodating when she worked. Plus, she informed me that the owner is open to late checkout for nurses. My problem is Jolene, I was offered every checkout if I'd like a complimentary FREE 1pm checkout. I accepted and notified upon checking out at 12:50pm that I'd be charged. I declined and currently disputing unauthorized charges for a complimentary late check out offered by the hotel but not honored by Jolene. I don't know what her problem is just a raccoon making things difficult when it never had to be. I was offered the free complimentary check 1pm I didn't ask for it. Don't offer

Positive: The room was nicely renovated Negative: Disconcerting to check in through bullet proof glass. Desk clerk was not friendly. They should put guests on the side of the hotel opposite the hwy which was very noisy.
