I stayed for the week for some job training and was overall a good stay! But the highlight by far was the front desk lady Melissa! Very politely switched and attentive! I had a small issue with my room and promptly and politely switched me to a different room! She is a superstar for sure

I stayed all week for job training and overall it was a good stay! By far the best part of the stay was Melissa at the check in desk! I had an issue in my room and she promptly, attentively, and very politely switched my room. She was sweet and helpful on anything I asked! She is a superstar for this motel for sure!

The price was awesome, rooms were very clean and comfortable bed. Pillows need to be larger as they had little square pillows.The swimming pool was for maintenance but we went with hot tub and that relaxing enough.

Positive: Bed was comfortable. It was quiet in that we didn't hear doors closing or people talking during the night. The price was great! Negative: This hotel needs a vacuum. There was dog hair on our floor and the hallways were very dirty.

The room was good sized, lights were unplugged. Usually when you walk into a hotel room, the switch at the door turns on a light. Nope. The hot tub was warm. The bath tub didn't drain while I showered. There was a piece of wood trim on the TV cabinet. A dirty rag was thrown on top of the wardrobe. The back side of the bathroom door either needed to be cleaned or painted. The bed was comfy. The breakfast bar was ok with waffles, cereal, muffins, bread, powdered eggs, sausages, yogurt, rtc. The coffee was decent and available 24/7. The Baymont is a 2-star hotel for a reason. When I stay in Billings again, I'll stay at a different hotel.
