I stayed for about a month and I didn’t think it was to bad. Needs improvement probably in all areas, but it really wasn’t that bad and they have breakfast which was nice so you don’t see that very often wasn’t huge, but it doesn’t matter it’s still breakfast. It’s more than what some people are doing and the staff is very nice and helpful. It’s kind of noisy at night and the rooms were really big and they have a nice pool very clean. I would definitely rent here again. There are a few roaches and spiders but other than that I just sprayed raid. We do what we can with what we have. Thought it was a little pricey, but if you have a hard time renting from places then it’s perfect.

If I could give it minus 5 stars I would. We stayed at this hotel for five nights. We chose it due to the proximity of the location we needed to see. Upon check in the guy at the counter was talking on the phone while checking us in. Almost no eye contact or communication with him. He only issued 1 key. Many hotels that I stayed by myself I received 2 keys. |During the stay there were 3 mornings that they did not have breakfast. The first morning the guy behind the counter flat out lied and saying the company that provides the breakfast has not arrived yet (7:30 am). I inquired about that and was told that they did not have supplies to offer breakfast. I wish I could give this hotel a negative star. The experience was nothing short of nightmarish. The floors were so disgustingly filthy that my feet turned pitch black just from walking barefoot. It's baffling how management can allow such filth to persist. The room reeked of smoke, and it felt as if I was trapped in a shoddy dive rather than a reputable hotel. To add to the horror, there were unsightly stains on the bed that made it clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The other occupants were a nightmare, loud and unruly, as if they were holding a rave in the hallways. Most disturbingly, at 3 AM, a woman banged on our door, begging to be let in. We had to vacate the premises entirely because it felt unsafe. Save your money and your sanity; this hotel should be avoided at costs

Positive: Location off the freeway. Negative: The cleanliness of the room. The floor was not swept.thete was dirt all over the floor. We had to walk with shoes on. The refrigerator was not clean there was a drink left in the refrigerator and an unclean spill on the shelf.

My room was never cleaned once during the entire stay, despite reporting it to the front desk multiple times. Every day they told me “tomorrow,” and tomorrow never came. The room was already dirty upon arrival: A fingernail on the floor, A broken lamp that was never fixed, A used cotton swab stuck to the wall, A child’s bag of markers left in a drawer, Stains on the lamps, Dirty towels, And, incredibly, a spider the size of my thumb inside the room. When I asked for compensation for the lack of basic services, the front desk staff spoke to me with disrespect and told me they couldn’t offer anything—not even an apology.
