So we booked through a hotel booking site ,I truly believe if they knew how bad this place was they would stop . First thing the hotel looks like its not been updated since the 80s but "can't judge a book by its cover " so we got a "king" non-smoking well the bed was barely a queen with 1 pillow the room stank of mold and depression ,cigarette burns and hole in everything ...yes everything lamp shades? Holes... towels? Holes!! The tub wasnt big enough to fit a toddler, the shower head was broken and what hot water ? We literally only stayed because it was late and we were in a bind .. the next day we checked out and found a better place for about the same price and location which truly makes no sense as to the quality unless the owners dont care and are selfish

Bama in shouldn't be open at all period . The price that I agreed to when I booked it was not the price I paid when I got there. I had to pay ten more dollars. The staff was rude ASF. The room was full of roach bugs so my dinner also was ruined because I left it on the counter for 30 minutes while I showered (pizza) n opened it up to eat when I got out n it had roach bugs crawling in it. So I wasted $27 there because I had to throw it out n order more food. I should be reimbursed for the food that their pet roach bugs crawled all in it. I should also be reimbursed for the room by trip com because their recommendations are the reason I chose this hotel. We booked through booking.com only to show up and have them tell us that they don't take reservations. The man at the front asked if we needed single or double beds. We said we needed a queen and would be checking out Sunday morning. He checked us in and when we got to our room it was a full bed. We went back to the desk to tell him that. He argued that they only have Queen and kind beds but we asked for a single. We said a single queen bed. He said there wasn't anything he could do. We said we wanted out money back or a queen as promised. He chuckled, shook his head and called his manager who told him to give us the king size for the queen price.
