I am a person that enjoys the atmosphere of what a casino can offer. I went with my wife, brother and sister in law to this establishment fornthe first time this past weekend. it is important to know you cant get a cash advance from thr cashier cage without a membership card. So need to ensure you go to the rewards area to get your Bally's card. Rewards- I strongly urge the management to coach the Customer service people at the rewards center. The gentleman that helped me was not inviting, standoffish, and you can tell he didnt want to be there. That does affect the initial atmosphere of the establishment. I spoke with Janae or Janay (sorry if I spelled it wrong) to make my reservations today and she was AWESOME!! In the past I felt as if I was a bother by the reservation person but today she gave such great service and was very professional. Kudos to her! Positive: Access to venues was excellent, clean, friendly staff. They are renovating currently and the renovations are beautiful! Negative: Sorry to see the loss of valet parking, but I understand the staffing shortages that occur during these economic times.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lady at the front Desk was happy to answer any questions we had and made the check process a breeze . We’ll definitely be back!

This place has a lot of great stuff here which is really nice. They also do so many helpful things around here at Their Pl., Israel maintained they help out a lot in their hotels. Their front desk. Staff are really nice too inside the casino. I have to say it’s really I’m just gonna say it’s really smoky. I wish there’s smoking in area. They could have is a lot more better so that’s the reason why that I think this place to do a little bit more better work on like they’re smoking atmosphere and they could do more better every single day. I’m hoping the seat head and my next at my next stay here which might be in a couple weeks.
