Very cute and cozy place to stay. The view was incredible and the location allowed for a very quiet and relaxing trip. Loved all the services provided from the nice breakfast spread and cold brew on tap to the s’mores setup by the fire pits. The pool was clean and heated. I’d recommend the king balcony rooms for added privacy.

Wish we could stay longer. Definitely will return to AWOL. Warm and cozy room to relax. Wake up to nature serenity, enjoy hearty breakfast and best HOT cold brew in town, then bike along the sandy trail. Appreciate all the hospitality and we had a wonderful time!

A beautiful property and the perfect place to stay in Provincetown. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And those sunset views overlooking the marsh, while you’re sitting by the fire pit simply can’t be beat. Would 1000% recommend for your stay.

Let’s be clear. This is an old roadside motel that has been retrofitted to look trendy in pictures. It is a lipstick on a pig situation. The owner seems to have spent the absolute bare minimum to make it look Instagram ready but the place remains dilapidated. ||The floors were slanted, the walls are thin, everything is dated. The locks on the doors look like they could be pried open with a fingernail. The bed is a mattress on a platform on the floor. There are no tables, drawers, or lamps— the decorative lights barely made it possible to see at night. A tiny mini fridge was plopped in the middle of the room—and there was nothing in it. The TV was broken. There is no staff on site after 8 pm. ||The view is gorgeous. But charging boutique hotel prices ($800 plus a night??) and a “resort fee

Absolute must! Everything exceeded expectations. Came with my bestie to celebrate 30 years of friendship and enjoyed every minute! Beds were so comfy, personal patio, fun pool, complimentary bikes and breakfast, fire pits with s’mores at night, and the nicest people running the desk!! Perfect location close to the beach and close to the heart of the town - both within five minutes on bikes. We had the best time!!!!
