I hired Aspen Mobile Home Movers in late August 2017 after I lost my house to a house fire. I bought a used double wide that had to be moved from Roundup to Huntley. Unfortunately (lesson learned), I paid Aspen in full, upfront. After multiple delays in moving the home, damage was done to the plumbing while sitting and waiting to be moved. After the house was moved, Aspen was going to hook up the water and septic but never showed up again to finish the job. I have had to hire multiple people to get the job finished so I could move in. Because the house sat before it was moved, the weather turned bitter....ALL the plumbing in the house broke and had to be replaced....costing me thousands of dollars. Aspen was responsible for hooking the water and septic up and replacing the skirting.

I had a horrible experience with Aspen Mobile home movers. I made the mistake of prepaying them. They would tell me they were moving the house the next day and then not show up or call. They were extremely rude any time I talked to them after they took my money, and continually lied to me! After a month of the house not being moved, the permits expired and I had to fire them. They would not refund all of my money and basically stole $1000 from me and did nothing. I have never met more unprofessional people in my life. I would NEVER recommend using them!!

I highly recommend Aspen Mobile Home Service. They are professional and efficient. Elly is such a wonderful lady. She was always so helpful whenever I called with a question. They actually went all the way to Casper and brought my house to Greybull. Definitely give them a call.

They made me pay up front for the move and rip some of the corner trim said would fix right away and would come back to make sure hadn't settled have called repeatedly and they say they will get back to me and the the house was moved in June it it Jan of 19 and still no response do not hire them

Very bad service Jim damaged my home and buckled my deck and then got pissed at me for getting my insurance involved when he wouldn't finish the job or fix his damages.
