Arya Inn & Suites

One of my favorite hotels to stay at in Irving. Sam is the best to deal with here! He's such a nice and understanding employee and engages with every guest in a respectful and courteous manner. He is considerate as well. When he's not working it's so dull and you miss the presence of his joy. He is the reason I will continue to come back to this hotel!

This property checks the right boxes when it comes to that old adage - location, location, location. What you see is what you get: 1. easily accessible to 183, Belt Line and Irving Blvd. 2. updated large rooms with very bright and up to date bathrooms quiet, no drama environment 3. very accommodating staff 4. reasonable, affordable pricing.

Just stayed there yesterday. was an awesome experience. Best service provided hands down in the area. Have stayed in most of the hotels but Arya is doing something which is exceptional. I really loved the new furniture and overall ambiance of the rooms and the entire vicinity. The management provided with everything I requested from extra sheets to extra towels whenever I asked. The informed me that they have recently remodeled so the entire place smelled and felt fresh. the best part was the fact that it was a 100% non-smoking property.

Arya Inn & Suites in Irving, TX gets a 1-star rating from me, and if I could give zero, I would. My experience Stayed for a week only because it was close to the workplace I was visiting. Remember the saying “you get what you pay for” – it fits this place perfectly. The elevator was out the entire week, and every day I was told “it’ll be fixed tomorrow,” which never happened, so I had to haul my stuff up and down three floors (48 stairs) every single day. There was no breakfast or even coffee; staff just said they stopped doing that. In a full week, housekeeping cleaned my room exactly once, and after that I had to go ask for clean towels and carry them back to my room myself. Inside the room, there were spider webs and small bugs, plus an overall dirty feel that made it hard to relax. T

Front desk have a great customer service housekeepers. Make sure the rooms are clean. I love the location.
