This was a great hotel for us to stay at for my bday. The staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time! I had such a great time at this hotel! I booked this hotel through my Amex platinum (FHR) so we received valet and a room upgrade comped! Thank you to Dasha who checked us in and explained all our benefits to us! As well as Annie who answered my messages before we arrived and upgraded our room. The room was so nice and spacious! I loved the bed and the access to a smart team that can use Netflix. I give this 5 stars! The only con I can think of is that this is next to a main street with bars and restaurants. Along with a bar downstairs with an outdoor area. While I was the one checking into the Arrive Hotel, my three friends were staying at a more modest place down the street. But thanks to the incredible kindness of the Arrive Hotel’s management team, what began as a quiet evening quickly transformed into something magical. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Katherine, the restaurant manager. Even though she was off-duty and waiting to go home, she took the time to share the best local spots and made me feel truly welcomed. Stayed with Arrive for 4 nights in Austin. The hotel is nice, it has stunning rooms that are tastefully decorated and very clean. If I was just basing my review off the room, it would be 4.5 stars. The location is noisy! and the windows/sliding doors as so poorly insulated it’s hard to not wake up every couple hours to car or sirens (my room did have a balcony and I believe that door to be the problem). I am a HEAVY sleeper and don’t wake up to the slightest but this room got me. My room also didn’t have WiFi my entire stay, it worked fine in all others parts of the hotel but could not connect despite trying 3 different devices. Lastly housekeeping, they came by and did a fine job the first day and then the rest were simply them changing out the towels and not touching the bed or anythi

The design is modern yet cozy, with so much attention to detail—it feels boutique in the best way. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt intentional, from the decor to the amenities. The staff truly stood out—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the entire experience feel personal and relaxed. The location is perfect for exploring East Austin, with great food, coffee, and local spots just steps away. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, ARRIVE Austin strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and local charm. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend

Stayed on the “quiet side” of the hotel as described by the front desk and still needed to use the provided ear plugs at night due to the sound of the nearby bars. I cannot imagine how loud the “loud side” was. I would not recommend this hotel if you have trouble sleeping. Rooms felt nice with tall ceilings and windows. Amenities were limited - no microwave in room, no coffee in room, and no gym in the building. Great location, but there are trade-offs to staying here.
