Have stayed here multiple times now. The staff are fantastic and the hotel is simply amazing!! Barbara is just wonderful to work with!! The Archer is great little gem right in the middle of the Domain - with amazing views! Prime location for quick and convenient shopping. The restaurant and bar are also amazing! Food is on point! Was able to work remotely and enjoy a luxury getaway with my husband. The little details made things fun… gourmet candy and cupcakes in our room, fun classic books, hot chocolate bar and hot tea bar all day. Little details that elevate your stay are everywhere. And the Christmas decorations!!!! Beautiful and classy!

The BEST hotel experience we have ever had! I was taking my son for a funday with Stranger Things VR, milkshakes, putt putt, and some last minute gifts. I have stayed here many times, but it was my kiddo’s first time there. He loves Christmas more than anything, their decor is always so elegant, with coffee and hot chocolate bar for us to enjoy next to the fireplace. He loved it!||We come back from our day out to the sweetest gift! An amazing home made card hoping we had a wonderful time greeted us, and a surprise of snack and drinks for us to enjoy courtesy of the Acher’s hosts. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, I just had to gush. ||The Archer Hotel is truly the best spot to go for any occasion, whether it’s family events or a night out! The Archer Hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the Domain, surrounded by great bars, shops, and restaurants all within short walking distance. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. I’ve never experienced a team so consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their service really elevated the entire stay and made the experience feel exceptional. It’s easily the best service I’ve ever encountered at any hotel anywhere. 5+ Star Service.

The Archer Hotel is amazing. I am an Ambassador Elite member with Marriott but needed a room for one night. We decided to stay at the Archer due to the location in the Domain. I can say this, I would stay at this hotel every opportunity I had. The rooms are spacious and modern. Really liked the platform beds. Check-in process was very efficient and I was given a later checkout time without even asking. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and food was excellent (I had the burger and old fashioned). Fitness center is good for someone looking for cardio and routine weight workout. Location near shopping and restaurants can’t be beat. Highly recommend and excellent value for the price.

Exceptional Facilities Overshadowed by Poor Service at Departure I recently stayed at this property and found the physical accommodations to be excellent. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring walk-in showers and ample storage for clothing. Additionally, the lounge is an outstanding venue for large group meetings, and the location is ideal—surrounded by premier shopping, dining, and convenient garage parking. While the front desk and check-in staff were welcoming and professional, my experience soured during departure. Despite the premium weekend rates, the valet and bell service fell significantly short of high-end hospitality standards.
