Not safe Not secure doors out so you have druggies and prostitutes in and out all night. Bed bugs amd roaches from second hand beds and furniture bought. People smoke weed all day and night and people even go to the roof and party cause the roof door isnt secured. One elevator doesnt work. 2nd floor is tore apart and unsafe wires and things broke and hanging. The old bar is tore up no electricity no secure doors anyone can come in and out roof half there. Extreme fire and safety code violations, building violations, structure violations, they have no clue what breaker goes to where and there are 3 different breaker rooms for 200 rooms about 50 a floor and laundry halls lounge and more. Only elevator that works inspection expired in 2022. If your homeless its a good place out of the weather

Well, as the other reviews: basic. Dated. It looked clean. Bed was comfortable. Walls thin enough to hear neighbors enjoying each other intimately. Cracks under the door/maybe ventilation so that you can smell people smoking cigarettes/marijuana in this "no smoking" facility. Towels like thin sand paper. A 2:00 potty call revealed at least 6 roaches, thus, I slept with the light on the rest of the night. And obviously not soundly... On the flip side, the bed was comfortable and the employees were friendly and helpful. There was no blow dryer in my bathroom because the outlet in the bathroom was not working. So the maintenance man bought me a blow dryer. I had to use in the bedroom without a mirror. Don't worry, I looked okay after doing it blindly. All this for $74 and change a

I love Mrs. Arizona & Mrs. Tasha. They are great ppl. Great customer service. Cleaning ladies are great ppl too. I would highly recommend.

No microwave an the TV didn't work. No tissue, no towels or soap, just nothing. The manager doesn't have any good customer service and nobody helped all day. He wouldn't even give me another room or a refund.

Only reason I'm is cause of my situation but it is the cheapest in town front desk ppl are very rude no one is there over night at all..and when I very 1st come to rent a room there I was told that it is a non smoking hotel now all of a sudden they have smoking rooms these ppl are so wishy washy...And that lady Arizona i believe she just try to take ppl money as well but GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY PEOPLE NOR NOT TO MIGHTY BOUT THE NICE NASTY EITHER AND THAT THE FRONT DESK LADY ARIZONA...
