Sooooo after the remodeling I'm thinking it's gonna be nice.... Boy I was wrong !!! Very disappointed NO MIRRORS IN ANY ROOMS, NO CHAIRS, NO TABLE/DESK.. NO MICROWAVE, NO FRIDGE BUT HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE 80.00 ... I WAS THERE 2 MINUTES LITERALLY AND ASKED FOR A REFUND.. OF COURSE I DIDN'T GET IT .... HAD TO STAY... NEVER AGAIN. FOR AS LONG AS THEY WERE CLOSED FOR REMODELING YOU'D THINK IT'LL BE NICE. THE ONLY THING NICE WAS THE LIL LIGHT THINGY ON THE CEILING, I ACTUALLY DON'T EVEN NO WHAT IT WAS. COULD HAVE KEPT IT. BUT YEA DON'T BOOK HERE MY PPL.... UNLESS YOU JUST NEED A PLACE TO REST N BOUNCE.

My name is Shateeva Lofton and I wanna say that apple inn is A Great room to stay at long or short term. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. Area real quiet and respectful. I will definitely be staying here again. Also the prices are great you can't beat them.

I have never stayed in a motel where the managers were always in and out of their office area, helping their customers and walking around making sure everyone had what they needed. It was comforting to know that they were always looking after the place, especially in a huge city. Also, I've never been to a place that had housekeeping during the day and the night. The front lobby was nice looking and clean. Our room was always clean and the bed was made up every day, with fresh towels and bath mats were supplied daily as well. It was a very nice, quiet place to stay. We had everything we needed. The hotel management was reserved, yet friendly and always ready to help.

The covers and sheets always had burnt holes in them, the freezer always built up ice to where the door wouldn't close unless you found a way to make it melt, my room flooded and they never cleaned it nor switched me to another room, the sink flooded all the time so you couldn't really run it, the stove never worked so you could only cook microwavable food or you had to order out and the power constantly went out especially back when we had those freezing temperatures back in December because at one point my power was out for almost two hours and there was no way to warm myself up and they never apologized or even offered a discount for the inconvenience and then twice the power to the refrigerator went out for almost 4 hours and in both this instance and the power going out during the win

If I could give this place no stars I would. But yeah I got a room yesterday and it was a Jacuzzi suite. So the room was absolutely horrible. So I go back and tell them and they So no refund. Of course they was going to say that so I cleaned the room myself and then the water was working just fine but a couple hours later the water did not work at all. The toilet the sink and the tub so I went and told them. And they was rude about it and then told me if I stayed again today. That they would give me a discount so I left last night and went home. I took the L but the whole point od DO NOT WHEN I SAY DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! Very horrible place over priced for a messed up room very Unprofessional
