Just came back from Crystal Springs, found out they offered goat yoga at Minerals Hotel. I can't explain except it was amazing!! Kevin was fabulous with explaining about the farms,how the animals are treated with care and respect. Our yoga instructor was very good in understanding alot of people just wanted to see the goats. It was a truly memorable experience. Thank you!!
Sunset yoga on the farm was such an incredible experience. Farm Keith & Loraine were so kind and knowledgeable. Jenna the yoga instructor was fantastic. Her calm instructions and energy throughout the yoga class was so refreshing.You can see the love and genuine care the animals are given. Highly recommend others to try Goat Yoga with Appalachian Animal Experience LLC. 🐐🧘♀️💕
Such a beautiful place. Farmer Keith is such an awesome guy, he shares so much knowledge of his aminals, and amazing with kids. The animals are so friendly, happy, and sweet. Can't wait to go back!
