APM Inn and Suites, Hagerstown

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. I stayed here with my boyfriend & my 5 year old son. |Checked in, got up to the room. My boyfriend peed, flushed & then toilet literally started to overflow with POOP! So we had to get a plunger from the front desk. There's nothing OK about having to plunge someone else's crap as SOON as you get into a room.. |After that, he was trying to wash off his hands/arms but there were only 2 washrags.. NO TOWELS AT ALL. LUCKILY I had brought my OWN bath towel. Who pays for a room and doesn't even get a bath towel? There was no trash cans whatsoever in the room, or the bathroom. There was roaches crawling everywhere.. Sat my luggage down and watched them scatter across the desk. This isn't even the worst part! ||We got a room so that we could all bathe and get clean. I ha

APM has been an amazing place for my family. Are they the Ritz? Nah. But are they safe, comfortable, friendly, and cheap? Were they exactly what my children and I needed? Absolutely! They have been a total lifesaver for us while we were between homes. I would stay here again 100%.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I paid for a king suite. When I got there they said they were sold out and gave me a queen room, told me it was the same price, which was a lie, after going online and checking the rates. The rooms were filthy and not the rooms advertised in the pictures

Do not stay here. It’s dirty. The staff is rude. They will rip you off and will not give your security deposit back. The clerk hung up on me when I called about it. She said my son was rude so she wasn't returning my deposit. So it will cost you $50 if you hurt anyone's feelings. Stay away. If you have been cheated by this hotel, please file a dispute with the bank or credit card company, Maryland attorney generals office, and the better business bureau of Maryland.

We accidentally got a room with a Jacuzzi at first, we kindly switched after awhile. Did not give the hotel issues on their mistake. We were moved to a room that was nice. But when it came to laundry, no. When it came to just small things here and there, don't depend on staff nor management. When we finally left, they did not reimburse me for our deposit. I accidentally left important documents I had in an envelope in the room and called and I've heard absolutely nothing about them when I know they were there. I would only stay in hotels by the mall. Dual highway is a mess and so is everyones management.
