Run!!! We had to stay in Portsmouth for a wedding and didn’t want to shell out $400/night during labor day weekend, so decided to stay here for “just” $250/night. The hotel is “under construction” and it seems it has been that way for a while. Rooms are very dated, visibly dirty, musty smell everywhere. Can hear the road outside. When we came back around 12am, there was a sketchy man, drunk out of his mind, reeking of smoke and barefoot waiting in the doorway of the side door. We did not feel safe so we left that night and drove home. Not worth it. Pay a bit more for your peace of mind and safety.

Positive: Hotel employee was so helpful! Negative: This hotel has been doing renovations for a few years. The lobby, and breakfast room look nice. There were roaches in our room. We left, and went to stay somewhere else.

😊: Staff friendly except for young man who invited his buddy to drink with him in the lobby at night. 😢: Hotel is cheap but that's pretty much it. It's extremely noisy given the overpass, has old carpet and curtains that smell, the area does not feel safe. Okay for one night but not more..

Clean towel was nice rooms. Not a perfect location but close enough to everything. The rooms on the freeway side is a bit noisy but you don't really hear it at night. Great stuff good service for filled all request check in check out was perfect

I liked it was low key and the staff was friendly. They was plenty of parking. Even though the rooms were shabby, at least we weren't disturbed and the place was huge.So we weren't surrounded by the others at that time. It's off season.
