Anchor Inn Beach House

My husband and I came up for the Spooky Bear Festival weekend and had such a great experience! Parking was easy and spacious, and check-in was super quick. The owner and staff were so welcoming and attentive to every detail. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious and nourishing — a perfect way to start the day. I honestly had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages, even better than at home! Our room was cozy, beautifully kept, and had a lovely balcony overlooking peaceful Harbor. The location was perfect, close to all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great location. Horrible service. Michael is great. His mom provides a nice breakfast. Chris is a good person,,,,,, you can never get anyone on the phone. Ever. We had a door issue and could not get the door open. We will never go there again. Location means a lot. Service means everything. The cleaning staff is wonderful. The owners are disinterested. One star for service due to owners.

This an amazing spot, from the greeting from the Inn's host, Maie the Labrador to the warm hello from the owner's mother you feel right at home. The rooms are amazing, the view is spectacular, with a panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. An unexpected bonus are the Jacuzzi tubs. We adored staying here and can't wait to come back.

The Anchor Inn is a beautiful building with the perfect location. We loved the waterfront view and balcony with our room. The room was small, and the shower was tiny, but we understand that you can only do so much with what you are working with. Our room had limited closet and drawer space as well. If we would stay there again, we would try for a larger room. The housekeeping woman was wonderful, and so was the Labrador dog, named May, who rules the guest house. The huge porch with seating facing Commercial Street was a huge plus. The ownership and other staff pretty much were disappointing since they didn't acknowledge us at all. They made us feel awkward since they just did their jobs and ignored the guests. I personally would have loved if they had asked us how our stay was and if

Love the Anchor Inn Beach House!! Anchor Inn has a great location on Commercial Street with easy access to so many stores, restaurants, & water views. The front porch is welcoming and is a great place to have your morning coffee and people watch. Our room was clean, the continental breakfast with the most delicious bread, hard boil eggs were my favorite. We loved our stay at the Anchor Inn and of course the star of the Inn May. May is the most gentle sweetest mascot you can meet. Thank you Michael, May and Mom for your hospitality.
