Hubby and I are visiting from KC for our anniversary. Cory at the desk was AWESOME getting us checked in! The mornings front desk lady was amazing as well. Very happy and helpful, made for a relaxing visit. It's a cute place, getting some improvements. A bit outdated, but nice. Comfy room, soft bed. We had a king suite with sofa bed and sitting area. Everything was clean, except the missed used condom on the bathroom floor. **Small TV for the large room**. Good water pressure in shower, VERY HOT! Decent pool and fitness room. Simple continental breakfast.Waffles, toast, bagels, cereals and yogurt. OJ in the fig.. Other guests seem nice. Super laid back and real environmental. Positive: The guest service people the manager the whole staff was super sweet to me and my husband and the baby and they were very helpful very kind well mannered people there wasn't too many bad guests either it wasn't as people posted outside of them remodeling Negative: I mean just that the hallways were very cold in the elevator was kind of iffy and outside of that it was amazing

Absolutely delightful and extremely helpful staff made my stay a great one. Especially the overnight guy. Simple breakfast and a clean room. No complaints.

Honestly shocked by the price I paid for the room I got. The bathroom light cover was broken and hanging down, the screen to the balcony looked like someone punched a hole through it, mysterious red stains on the carpet, and the door to my room looked like someone tried kicking it in at some point because it had chunks of wood missing from it. The lobby is nice as long as you don't look up because water stains covered the ceiling. Staff was very nice though.

LYNNE at the front desk is fantastic and so cheerful and helpful!! Room is clean and the heater REALLY, REALLY REALLY works! Nice facility, safe, good parking, great location. This will be my home base for travel in Omaha!!! It appears they are updating rooms and replacing furniture(dumpster outside). Continental breakfast plus waffles. Good enough for me! All of the staff here is very friendly and welcoming, very easy to talk to and happy to help! I guess i just feel at ease here, not like normally in a hotel lol. I'm very impressed, compared to many experiences I've had at other hotels, thank you!
