Americas Best Value Inn & Suites St. Cloud

It was next to a homeless shelter and there are homeless people just sitting in the lobby like they owned the place. I got my room checked in and instantly smelled a putrid odor. It was absolutely disgusting. I remember walking into the bathroom because I had holding in. and I saw there was already an unflushed turd in the toilet. I then reluctantly flushed it down and it smelt horrible. The beds looked like they had been used just last night completely unwashed. To make matters worse, there was a sock with a grease stain on the bottom laying on the ground. The TV didn’t even work and in the middle of the night I got a knock at my door to see a old man asking for toilet paper in his underwear.

Worst place ever. Booked a room for grandkidss for 5 days. They advertise breakfast and swimming pool which they had neither. They had two dogs and charged $15 per night per dog instead of 10.00 on there site. Never changed the bedding or brought clean towels the whole 5 days. The air conditioner was so old and changed the whole time, so had to shut it off at night to sleep. Worst place ever! Don't waste your money

Positive: Bldg and room vacuumed. Plenty of towels in room. Good refrigerator. We had a King room that was comfortable. Negative: Our room did not have air conditioning, unless we just didn?t find it. Room was just slightly warm (an April evening).

The only reason we got this specific hotel was the pool which was sadly closed the whole 5 days we stayed which should be updated on the website along with the pet fee which was 10 each on the website but in person it was 15 per pet. Management was incredibly rude and false advertised breakfast. There was none. Every time we would come down we were questioned about our room and there was also a bunch of homelesses around. It is not safe to have your kids running around outside nor be outside alone. We were there 5 days and no one cleaned our room or changed the beddings and only two towels for five days. Need new management. Also vending machine didn’t work was a scam on credit card said it was 1 $ reality was 4 something. Labels are marked wrong. Air conditioner rattled and banged in room

By far , the most disgusting place Ive ever stayed. The pictures are grossly misleading, and false. Not one of these ammenties are available. No pool, no hot tub , no breakfast, no ice machine ,when I asked , I was told they all were broken. the in room refridgerator didnt work, toilet seat was so loose you could barely stay on it , and the room was absolutely filthy. I took several pics of this hazardous, unsafe, filthy , germ infested, petrie dish of a room and very unhealthy and perhaps contaminated room. The stench of stale cigarette smoke, mold, mildow and dirt was extremely overpowering . Im seriously concerned for my health. They make you sign a non refundable contract before they.give you room key. I can say this much, I will be getting my money redunded. Im going ro contact thier
