Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Murfreesboro

Friend got me this place because of how close it was to their house, im from out of town. The room itself is pretty messy. Brown liquid stains on the wall, holes in the walls, cracks in the floor, etc. No bed bugs thankfully, thought that might be a problem after looking at reviews. AC was turned on when I got to the room, which was awesome after a day of driving. At first glance everything looked like it was fairly cleaned. The bed sheets had some stains and hair was in the bed under the covers so I dont think they were washed before I got there. Tv works, neighbors are fine, showers always have cold water. Overall, not bad, but they definitely need to do better cleaning.

disgusting! nobody should ever have to stay here. the rooms were absolutely disgusting. hair, moldy chairs and sofas, dirt all over the floor! not good!

Positive: Room are very clean and big. Beds are comfortable and most important the shower and bath area are kept cleaned also Negative: Everything was good from the hotel to the employees

Positive: Comfortable Negative: No real hot breakfast. Eggs and bacon and sausage and real fruits would have been really nice.

#1- the pics on the website are NOT accurate- not just the building but the rooms too. ||I needed a spa weekend for myself and booked a "King Suite" with a jacuzzi in the room. My reservation was from Saturday, 12/10 and checking out Tuesday, 12/13. ||||The ONLY positive thing was there was plenty of hot water for the tub. I understand this is an older establishment but that does not mean it cannot and should not be clean- this was not clean; it was absolutely filthy. ||||There were also multiple maintenance issues as well- a large crack in the glass wall behind the jacuzzi, a toilet that moved when used, a vent in the bathroom on the wall above the toilet that was hanging down due to only having 1 screw. Normally, I would have just fixed it myself, but it was filthy. Instead, I used one
