Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Humble

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! I have stayed here several times, mostly event free. This past weekend though I booked a room through a 3rd party website and upon completion realized it was for this place and not the other Americas Best Value about a mile away. Upon realizing this I immediately tried calling the hotel from the # listed here. Line busy!!! The 3rd party, Agota, says they tried calling, LINE BUSY!!! ALL WEEK I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO REACH THIS PLACE AND EITHER NO ANSWER OR LINE BUSY!!! THIS MUST BE THE BUSIEST MOTEL EVER!!! THEY HAVE HAD AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT NAMES IN THE LAST YEAR THAT I KNOW OF. THE SIGN ON THE STREET IS 1 NAME, THE SIGN OUT FRONT IS OYO AND A LITTLE TINY SIGN INSIDE OF THE OFFICE IS THE CURRENT NAME!! EXTREMELY CONFUSING!!! SO I GUESS I AM OUT $50!!! NOT EASY FOR SOMEO

Friendly staff, clean and safe location. It’s an old facility but room was equipped and operational, from A/C, heater, fridge, microwave, hot water, everything functional. Towels were replaced every day.

Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible service. The room had mold, and stains all over the bed. There was no water pressure so we couldn't shower regularly. We went to the front desk with the issue and he just gave us keys and told us to check a room we liked. Also, told us that has never been reported. Yet two of the rooms he gave us keys too had the same issue. Took video of this. There was nonstop traffic and noise but we dealt because you get what you pay for. House keeping kept knocking after being told we were fine. We stayed 3 days because my fiance booked and we wanted a room that accepted animals. Paid the fee and cleaned the room (video for proof along with witnesses). We reported this to staff. Left with no hard feelings because you get what you paid for, only to find out we we

Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: Location, one maid on staff to clean rooms, cleanliness, appearance, new name on building (The Place), pics online were definitely misleading, no iron or ironing board, low water pressure, no coffee, and no ice or vending machine!
