Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Forsyth

Had a reservation for a room, and after driving 10 hours to get there, the staff acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. They claimed they don’t even have a computer to make reservations after we booked ours a month in advance. They took $140 of my money, and the place was honestly the dumpiest I’ve ever seen. If you want terrible service and your money stolen, this is the place. Otherwise, stay far away.

This was a terrific buy for the money . It is an old mote( 60 years) it looks like it's been doing some basic remodeling. the mattress was good the sheets were clean the rugs were new, refrigerator and microwave as well as a flat screen tv. The shower was strong and the tub resurfaced. The place was newly painted very basic . This motel is very doable if you looking for nothing more than a good night sleep in a ckean quiet place close to the highway. With tax the price was $45. Gladys at the front desk was delightful and very helpful. She had really good coffee all ready in the office for early morning risers. We will definitely stay there again. FYI .....I can verify that both rooms 122 and 123 are good choices.

Awesome service! Andy and Yesh are very pleasant, helpful, patient and genuine; rooms are clean,neat and well kept. Location is perfect! Surrounding area nice and peaceful. Oh,did I happen to mention the nightly rates are refreshingly affordable! Definitely will make this fine establishment my number one go-to when looking for a nice place to lay for an evening or two. Continue keeping up the Awesome work guys,you ROCK!!

The room was ok but not clean. There were roach bugs everywhere. On the nightstand there was a cigarette all ash! No wifi! Room smelled like an ashtray. We ended up sleeping 2 hours and left. On the sidewalk right outside the door was enough ants it actually looked like a stain. We will never stay here again

Booked this hotel because of the price. Was there for 10 minutes before we left. Once walking into our room it smelled. Walked into the bathroom and there were roaches everywhere. Opened the refrigerator door and roach droppings were scattered inside. Plus cigarette burns on the sheets. Immediately just checked out and drove to another hotel even loosing my money for the night.
