Americas Best Value Inn Lincoln

I’ve stayed at this Americas best value inn in Lincoln Nebraska several times . The manager is courteous and did what was needed to meet my few needs. A bit surprised that he remembered me the next year after my first one nite stay the year before. The location is good with easy access. I appreciate being able to park directly in front of my room. The room was clean and neat. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable.

Positive: "" Negative: I had a service animal and the owner still tried to charge a pet fee. He said to pay it or leave and this was after I paid for an additional week. We left and he refused to refund me and tried to charge an additional $400 to my card. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable—there were visible stains, including what appeared to be blood on the mattress, and the bathroom was in poor condition with a non-functioning toilet and a strong odor. Room service was unresponsive, and I found part of a used blunt under the bed, along with cockroaches in the room. This level of hygiene and service is far below any reasonable standard. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

I chose this hotel for just a 1-night stay while my father was in the local hospital and was pleased at first with the very economical 1-night rate. The room itself was very adequate and clean. What I was blown away with, however, was the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the hotel manager. I wish I would have written down his name, but he not only asked about my dad the next morning (after having told him of his surgery) but was so very accommodating at the included breakfast. He offered to make me a Belgian waffle. I'm not lying either when I say I've never slept better in a hotel than I did the night I stayed at this hotel. A+++ on customer service!

Good place to crash just the basics its not a five star kind of place. More homey and comfortable than anything
