Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything, this property was infested with drug users, people living living on the property people sitting out in front of my room. My room had a plastic window, where a window had been broken, and they replaced it with plastic. This property no good

I stayed in a 2-queen bed room and it was one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever been in. One of the beds had sheets that looked absolutely filthy, with stains and hair, and was sitting all the way up awkwardly, while the other bed was sunken in but at least looked clean. There was even a half-smoked cigarette left in the bathroom, and hair in the shower. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the floors were dirty. Overall, the room felt unclean and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I would rate it zero stars if I could.

I thought I had already left a review before. We stayed here during hurricane Irma for 4 or 5 nights. Alan Patel, the general manager was very helpful and pleasant. He affectionately called me Sherlock, because my umbrella had the carving of Sherlock Homes. I can't remember the name of the girl that worked the front desk, but she was very nice also. The rooms were very adequate and housekeeping provided very well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available on the premise, too. Save a room for us in the event of another hurricane evacuation.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures when booking are NOT what you get, and you will NOT get a refund! It was so bad on many levels, our choice was to sleep in our truck or rent the only other available room in the area (last minute) at $640/night! Real issues: *Entry to the motel was via a locked side cage window not a standard front desk. *Homeless-looking debris and sleeping arrangements in front of the parking space. *Visible illegal drug use was occurring outside our assigned room (223), two women using crack pipes and other drug paraphernalia. *An individual nearby appeared heavily impaired and unstable (typical physical signs of fentanyl use) *The room contained mold (notably above the bathroom entrance), dead cockroaches, stained walls, and inadequate supplies & bed bugs! *We fear

The two-night stay at the motel, costing an exorbitant $230, was an utterly unacceptable nightmare. The room was not only neglected but contained visible, concerning mold, creating an unsanitary and unhealthy environment. Adding insult to injury, the management demonstrated appalling customer service by refusing to issue a full refund after selling us such a substandard room, effectively prioritizing their profit over guest health and satisfaction, and leaving us feeling cheated and disgusted. ​Would you like some tips on how to file a complaint or seek a full refund?
