I am uncertain about where to begin my evaluation. The front desk staff member was courteous, but the housekeeper's behavior was unprofessional, particularly at night when interacting with guests. Additionally, her spouse would arrive late at night, apparently intoxicated, and cause disturbances around the hotel, disrupting other guests. A staff member exhibited disrespect on a couple of occasions, which led to an altercation with their spouse due to intoxication, resulting in her asking him to leave the premises to avoid involving law enforcement. The front desk staff member, who is the owner's daughter-in-law, acknowledged that her spouse sometimes became intoxicated and acted inappropriately, which was unacceptable. Room was dirty. Bathroom was terrible and couldn't use shower because faucet know was broke. Floors were very dirty and microwave was just for looks because it definitely didn't work.

Nothin bad to say but nothing good either. Most of the residents keep you entertained with their Janky antics.
