American Inn and Suites Bishop Airport

Staff was very friendly. But curtain was falling off no way to fix it. There were cock roaches. They were taking care of it but we still had to go buy big spray to kill the roaches ourselves. The bed was stained with blood. Spelt water on the floor when I cleaned it up the napkin was black. I never once seen anybody with a mop cleaning floors. But like I said staff was very very nice. It is under new management and they are trying.

I liked the furnishings just no chair anywhere then I found cockroach s and kept my stuff in the bags because it's a blizzard outside tonight. I rode a bus here and I have to wait for a bus to leave. I tried to relax around 1:30 am but by 3 am I was face to face e8 huge bedbugs. I'm stuck in this motel with nowhere to sit and bugs surrouing me everywhere until at least 7 am.

Positive: Somewhere to stay and when I first got there a lady that works there was very nice I have a broken leg and she was very understanding Negative: Nothing worked in my room the remote the light the ac unit had to move the microwave to make it work the floor was coming up

Cockroach INFESTATION, holes in the walls, mold in the laundry room & hidden behind baseboards — possibly black mold, mouse infestation, amenities sometimes broken or stolen. They have lovely staff except one housekeeper (& one new clerk), who — despite how courteous & friendly I was — I suspect may be racist, because she always looked at me like I was shit she stepped in, used a discourteous tone with me every time we ran into each other in the main office, & interrupted me when I spoke even though I went out of my way to nit inconvenience her or interact with her when I saw how much she disliked me. This place is a complete horror show and disaster!!!! I am so pissed i came here!!!! There has been so many cock roaches everywhere and they are baby roaches and huge roaches!!! I have bites all over my chest and arms and not to mention my damn five pound dog brought a barely alive baby mouse up on the bed and three hours later we hear another mouse trying to get into our food!!! The locks on the doors are all busted to crap and the trim around the doors, people fighting non stop outside of the room and an older lady screaming at her child on a leash everyday!! They have no corporate number to call for complaints…imagine that!!! Im in utter disbelief that this place is even allowed to be open at this point!!! This is just down right disgusting and they outta be ashamed of their damn selves
