Aloft Tampa Downtown

I stayed over here for a week and really enjoyed my stay. Great People, great hospitality and top class services. I must remember the front office executive "Shenaaz" for her great hospitality and care. She has been amazing since the check in to the hotel till the checkout. She is been very cooperative and very accommodative, that too with pleasant "SMILE". Shenaaz literally made me feel at home and I really appreciate her for all that she does for her guests. Smooth check in, greeting all the time, hello whenever needed....keep it up Shenaaz!

I was here for a week to attend a an event at the Convention Center. The hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the River Walk, and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Convention Center. The staff were friendly and the room was clean - the two most important things one cares about! They do have an a la cart, hot breakfast - otherwise, you are charging items from the refrigerators in the lobby to your room. The gym and pool were pluses. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. Given the price difference from the other hotels near the Convention Center, this was a great compromise.

I stayed at this boutique hotel in downtown Tampa for Gasparilla race weekend and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable, half a mile walking distance to the convention center, great restaurants, and I felt completely safe the entire time. The hotel is spacious, spotless, and the beds and were incredibly comfortable, a must after the races! The walk-in shower is comfortable, good water pressure, and soaps and shower gel smell amazing! Yes, parking is a little pricey, but it’s covered and secure, so totally worth it. The front desk staff (shout out to Ellie and Puma) were friendly and accommodating, and the entire stay was a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I’m currently on my 3rd day, and the experience has been fantastic. A huge shout-out to Carl at the front desk—his communication is top-notch. Every time I had a request, he responded immediately and took care of everything right away. His proactive attitude made my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The hotel is spotless and the service is truly a 10/10!"
