Aloft Rogers-Bentonville

Lets just say the entire Bentonville/Rogers area is rip off during U of A football season which I had to find out the hard way. I had visited this area a year prior with no issue with hotel prices. Unbeknownst to me during my stay this time i was charged $1000 dollars bc there was a football game the last two days of my stay. The area hotels start price gouging at about $400 a day so buckle up, It was not worth it at all. Beds are hard, no breakfast just overpriced snacks, the front desk staff are really nice though. No room service to clean room, when we came back after being out all day i asked front desk why the trash and room wasnt cleaned she said the cleaning staff leaves at 2pm for the day. What exactly did that have to do with guests room needing servicing ? Idk thats definitely a

Great location, front desk reception was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Rooms were cozy and decor was modern and contemporary! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here about 6 years ago and loved this hotel. Here tonight and it’s gone downhill big. Let me say that the staff is lovely. Really nice. But the bar has no red wine at all and no Sauvignon blanc. Out of a few beers as well. Room isn’t very clean. A hair on the sink. Shower door not very clean etc… won’t return but staff was super.

Positive: "" Negative: Mold on the ceiling, stains all over the room including around the toilet floor. No trash bags, no laundry bags. VERY basic cable. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. No one at the front desk to talk to my concerns with.

I'm currently still here because I can't leave or I get charged. Outdated. Just kind of nasty looking. We live local and used this as an in-between place to wait for our house to be available. Beds are so uncomfortable, its like sleeping on a concrete slab. Every othe pillowcase were inside out. Not even a microwave in the room. Can't start the shower without getting drenched to find what temperature you like. Overall just horrible design. I have 2 kids and they can't reach the soaps. No kids channels on the TV, the remote doesn't even work half the time. The ironing board fell over because it's not attached to anything just propped up. This is hundreds of dollars to stay and I feel like I am in a pull up motel. We will never be back. The staff has been very friendly. It's sad they have
