Aloft Dallas Love Field

I stayed at the Aloft Dallas Love Field and it ended up being a solid choice, especially if you need something close to the airport. The property is actually two hotels in one, which gives it a bigger feel and more shared amenities without losing the convenience of a quick stay. My room was spacious, clean, and felt recently updated. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The common areas were well kept, and even with the airport nearby, noise was never an issue. If you are passing through Dallas or need an easy overnight spot near Love Field, this place works well. I left feeling the stay matched the price and would have no problem booking again.

We stayed for two nights. I don't particular like that there was a parking fee. It's not like we were in the middle of a huge city with limited parking. There are plenty of nearby places to eat and the location was excellent for being close to Love field. The check in lady was not overly friendly. She was pretty neutral. She needs some training on showing a bit of southern welcome. The rest of the front desk crew always went over and beyond to say hello every time we entered the hotel. Check out was good, no complaints. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We like it cool at night and keep the air on 67. We attended a conference at Aloft. Location was perfect as it was close to airport and to freeway which made exploring the local area easy. Service and staff were so amazing; they made us feel like family. Breakfast was exactly what we expected and service was above expectations. We definitely will consider staying here again. Only negative was being charged for parking.

Overall one of my favorite hotels in Dallas for the convenience and wonderful staff. It's nothing extremely special, just a very solid hotel. Super good location for Love Field Airport, many food options close by, and like I mentioned, their staff is hospitable and accommodating.||I had a billing issue a month after my stay, and Marc was insanely helpful in getting it resolved instantly. Let me start by saying this experience was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected. I booked a room here because my husband was receiving care at UT after an open-heart surgery, so I truly needed a place that was safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, this hotel did not provide either. Upon arrival, the parking lot felt very sketchy, with people walking around aimlessly. I immediately felt unsafe. When I went to check in, the front desk staff was rude and very short with me. They seemed to lack basic customer service skills and empathy, which is concerning, because you never know what a guest might be going through.
