Aloft Austin Northwest

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very positive experience. The hotel is quiet, and has a lovely indoor heated pool. Although the hotel is already well maintained, I saw hotel staff arranging new lobby furniture for a decor reset! Most importantly, the staff is very accommodating- Jessica, the sales specialist made my day by offering a courtesy late check out to accommodate my evening plans. I also found the General Manager to be friendly and helpful. Thanks for a fantastic stay

A hotel that truly cares about its guest experience and at a great price. The lobby and room we stayed in are beautifully modern in style. The room design was very different than a standard hotel but it made the space feel more relaxing. Like a resort room as opposed to a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby has a great bar open till midnight as well as a pool table and fitness center. There was also an indoor pool we didnt use. No free breakfast but they do still have paid breakfast options Overall 5 star experience.

My stay was wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Lester and the service didn't stop. All the staff was great, professional, and competent. They remembered my name during my time there and made me feel very welcome. I was having a work "staycation" to relax and get a lot done and the location was excellent for all I needed. I got to have my pup with me and that was fabulous. The rooms were designed with care and attention to detail, and no corner was left unused. As a designer, I REALLY appreciated that feature--that is was laid out differently than most hotel rooms. My desk was by a operable window so I could have the fresh fall air come in as I worked. My bed faced north/west so I could see the sunset and also the planes fly in at night. I LOVED my stay

We were fine with everything actually... its not a luxury property but it has everything you need. Good bar and breakfast and coffee and gym. Rooms were ok too. Bit on the outskirts of the city which we didnt know and booked thinking but its not nearby to anything

The TVs have no streaming services. There's also no microwave in the rooms. Can't get the AC to function properly. Room was an icebox. Set to 65. Tried to turn the heating on and it never kicked on. Uhhh Front desk wasn't very friendly. Didn't tell me about any of the hotel amenities, nothing just here's your key, okay thank you bye. Very odd interaction.
