Aloft Austin Downtown

We had a fantastic stay at Aloft Austin Downtown! From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. The front desk service was truly exceptional — especially Michell. She gave us such a warm and genuine welcome, took the time to explain everything about the property, the coffee shop, and all the amenities, and made us feel completely at home right away. The hotel itself is modern, vibrant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed on the 21st floor and the view was absolutely beautiful — such a great way to start and end the day. Hotel is in the center of town with all you could hope for, both for a good nights sleep and food. Please try and get a room on a very upper floor, you'll be pleased that you did. We were in town to see Luna, who played their best set ever at the Paramount, which was just around the corner. There is only valet parking, we don't watch television, so I can't comment on that, though they do offer WIFI, the room has lots of storage, the bathroom hosts a spacious shower, though sadly there are no shower-bars, the elevators are fast with little wait.

5 stars all around. Best location and beautiful modern hotel with any amenities you might need. However, the highlight of my stay was the staff who was so immensely thoughtful for my birthday. Margaret went out of her way to show up to our room with a treat, the person who checked us in said he'd make sure to make it special (didn't get his name, thank you), and Ernie made our night by being so attentive and making sure we had fun that evening. Every staff member who came to ensure everything was great was going a mile above. Highly recommend staying at this Aloft. The service is unmatched.

I had a great stay at Aloft Hotel! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was modern, clean, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything well maintained. The bar inside the hotel was a great spot to unwind. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, the drinks were well made, and it was the perfect place to hang out without even having to leave the property. A special shoutout to Michelle at the front desk — she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She made check-in smooth and made sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. Overall, fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
