Albany Exchange Club RV Park

They have a brand new bathouse with laundry room and bathrooms, that is very nice. There is a security gate at the front that made me feel very safe as a single woman traveller. The residents at the park itself are very friendly, kind, and helpful. I also love that the money put into the park goes to great programs like help preventing child abuse. The rate is extremely reasonable ($450/month- with water, electric, and wifi included). They also have mail services at the park, which is very convienent, and cuts out having to rent a PO box. My particular lot had sewege issues and when it rained heavy my lot would flood considerably (however, other lots are not experiencing that), which made it inconvienent. There are not many lots with shade. Overall, I had a good experience there.

John is a great host and manager, very quiet here. Not many lots with shade, but location is close to shopping for what you need , and monthly lot rent is very reasonable. Thank you John for being a great person.

Its a nice place to stay and affordable Everyone is nice,it's clean and the groumds are taken care of. Everyone looks out for each other.

What a very quiet park with a country feel but close to restaurants and shopping. They raise money for the prevention of child abuse. What a great cause.

This is my favorite park to stay at when I come to town. It’s very quiet and clean.
