Aiden Austin City Hotel

My stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. I especially loved how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. The location was perfect and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. Housekeeping stayed on top of everything, and the entire property was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great customer service. Thank Chris Santos and I forgot the lady name but keep up the great work ❤️❤️

Female with 17 YO daughter, one-night stay - Travel personal for a college campus visit. Vibe is definitely different. Front desk person was very cordial and helpful.|Appears rooms had been updated but very odd/musty unpleasant odor - making the room "feel" old and unclean. Elevator was super small....we just used the stairs to the 3rd floor after the first use. Felt uneasy with safety. Getting to the lobby from indoors was strange and not just a quick trip down the stairs/elevator. Considered moving but we arrived late in the day and nonrefundable. The hotel is right off I-35 and I thought it may be noisy - our room did not face I-35 and the a/c did drown out noise.

The staff were nice enough, but ufortunately I arrived on a day where they were really behind on room cleaning. I called ahead and they said they would likely have a room available early, despite them knowing they were behind on cleaning. I arrived at 2 (check in is at 4). They said something would come available in about an hour and they would call when it was, I was hanging out on the property anyway, but I watched other people in king rooms also get checked in one by one, and they apologized over and over again when I asked about it. They kept saying “oh, those people took the last clean king room” They kept saying 5-10 minutes, but ultimately I wasn’t checked in until about 5:05pm. I was pretty disappointed, and said as much - asked if there was anything they could do to make up for it

Located in South Congress area in the heights. Hotel has a cool vibe, room was comfortable, clean and met our needs. There is a pool available which is very nice, cool vibe. We didn't really get to use it based on the weather. Breakfast in the morning was good, coffee isn't the best but sufficient. The highlight is the staff member that says "morning" to everyone who walks in. Definitely recommend and would return.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay at the Aiden Austin Hotel! Rooms are super clean, free breakfast, great, what's most important, the staff! Leslie was absolutely so amazing to arrange a terrific room and location, Raul manager at the front desk, is equally fantastic!
