Affordable Suites Rogers/Bentonville

The staff has been so rude about everything. From using the coffee cream they put in the lobby, to putting towel out, blankets for our 5 year old because she used a WASHABLE marker and it marked the blankets. She did not color on them, and it all came out. In fact she charged a blanket deposit. They wouldn't even give us toilet paper after 3 days for a family of 3. The continually went in my room and acted super funny about it when I caught them red-handed coming out of my room. I'm an adult with adult things that I keep clean and put up. They hound me constantly. I shouldn't have to be cleaning... I will and do because I've keeping my family's area neat and tidy. However, with a 5 year old, after a total loss housefire, in a whole new state, with new jobs and having to replace everything

I don’t know why some of the reviews for this place were so negative. I didn’t see any bugs in my room and the AC worked well. The only negative was the drain in the bathtub didn’t fully close/stop up all the way and I had to use a hand towel on the drain to run a bath. That was my only issue. Otherwise, the room was really nice. It came complete with a stove top, a dishwasher, a full size fridge, and a microwave. The attendants at the front desk were very pleasant. I booked this room because I was coming in town to see a show at the Walmart amp, and I was worried because of all the negative reviews. Thankfully, the room exceeded all of my expectations. It was a great stay.

The important things first. Cleanliness, Safe Environment, Comfortable Bed, Great Shower, Nice TV, Good Size Refrigerator, and an AC that would freeze you out. The only downside (if any) was the front desk is only staffed from 9am until 9pm. So you are basically on your own outside of those hours. The complimentary continental breakfast has been eliminated since my stay last year. However, you can still get complimentary coffee from a Keurig in the common area that previously hosted the daily breakfast. For the price, I think it's a great bargain. I have another booking here within 30 days.

Positive: I've never stayed at this type of hotel before! I was happily surprised to walk into a "room" that was like a tiny apartment! There weren't a whole lot of amenities, coffee and shampoos etc, for a longer than one-night stay, but the place was CLEAN/cozy! Negative: Not really. I felt very safe there, especially with an overnight lock-in (desk closed 9 pm to 9 am). It's quiet and relaxing.

The staff was friendly and that is about all the good your going to get from me about this place! Website says ' pool', hasn't been open in years! Website says breakfast served, also no longer there! Requested a queen with couch bed, got put in King, no other bed so had to move my stuff to another room! Keys didn't work in room door multiple times and no staff there after 9 to take care of anyone! You have to call another number to get any service after 9! Bedding for couch bed handed to me in a bundle and told here, it is not folded! Website also said pet friendly, no! Had to pay an additional pet fee per day to have my 5 pound Pomeranian there and staff had to ' approve' my dog before they would let me check in! As in, I had to bring my dog in for a ' MEET AND GREET' , before they would
