I had an issue with poorly trained service staff and tried to reach a General Manager for a week. I then wrote to Mr. Nagarji, VP of Operations as with the GM no call back. If I was investing the results I experienced at the Hilton Garden Inn in Statesville, NC was at a level of a Motel 6 Inn. Funny. The lobby sign in the lobby announcing ABC Investments has spelling errors. Yjey mispelled systems and apparently I was the only one who noticed. Seemingly, they fail on attention to detail. I would not recommend .

Had the worst experience ever at a property managed by this corporation. They lie cheat and steal. Then when it’s brought to their attention they hide it and attempt to kick you out. Absolutely terrible experience. I would like a follow up immediately to get this handled. please reply to this review with contact information so we can get this resolved swiftly.
