I stayed at this hotel after being stranded in West Palm Beach because of a blizzard in NY, and needed a room quite urgently. The staff was very nice and friendly, also accommodating. The room was for the most part, very clean, BUT the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I found a concealed bag containing needles and drugs on the bathroom lamp. I know it's not the Hotel's fault what people leave on the rooms, but I would assume that it would've been found by the housekeepers after the room was vacated by whomever left that there, a curious child could've found that! But nonetheless, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and a relaxing time on the pool. I would definitely go back.

If I could give 0’s I would. There were bugs in the bathroom and room service came one time in 4 days. We were told we couldn’t get 2 extra pillows for my 4 year old. The only way to get new towels was to go and ask for them in the lobby. But those were very minor in comparison to our room leak. We had one day/night of rain. We were at a conference during the day for my daughter’s genetic disorder. When we came back, our suitcase, carry on, toys, clothes, coloring books- completely soaked. We took pictures. We called downstairs and were told there’s no manager. We physically went downstairs and were told someone will call us that night. No one called us. A maintenance man came in that night though, agreed it was a bad rain leak and that the carpet was completely saturated. When we walked a

Positive: The staff was understanding about the deterorated condition I reported about the hotel and offered a refund after I chose to move out. I had to pay for one night, but at least I felt my concerns were acknowledged and valid. This is on the record. Negative: Not just anything but everything, this hotel is a dump

You know what? The property was a little on the run-down side, but it really has potential, or perhaps some investor would pick it up and renovate it. The location is pretty good, the layout was decent, nice pool outside, nice scenery with palm trees, etc. But on the downside, there were plenty of stains in the carpets, the elevators were a little sketchy, the staff at the front desk always seemed to be hiding in the back and you had to somehow get their attention by calling out since there was no bell on the counter. Also, the Internet speeds were terrible, there were sketchy people hanging around, inside and out. Hot water for the bathroom was hit or miss. The TV, albeit new (I was told), almost useless the way it was set up. The guide button did nothing, not many channels, and th

This is actually my first time in my life I hate my room. Me and my boyfriend just was switched to room 630 because room 130 didn’t have hot water, the toilet didn’t flush, the HDMI port don’t work, when I tried to call the front desk the phone cord would not stay inside the phone so I can complete the call and the speakerphone did not work!! The customer service is not good at all!! When I was at the desk waiting to complain about my issue there were two Elder women and she requested two additional pillows. The front desk lady stated there was no housekeeping and she will have to wait until the morning. I volunteer two pillows from my room because it was two beds and I did not need the additional pillows. The front desk lady looked irritated and said to the other lady, she will bring them
