The rooms were so disgusting that I physically had to bleach and scrub the floors before i could stand to be in the room. Then when i asked for extra towels around 8pm (bc they only gave me 2 to start with) the lady was extremely rude and denied me towels bc it was nighttime??!! Where do they do that at? I also have an 8lb service dog that is so quiet and well behaved u wouldn't even know she existed but they charged me for having her which they are not allowed to do and when i asked for their names they refused to comply .. this establishment should be condemned or at the leatt ran by more competent and friendly people.... I should call code enforcement but that's not my style... DoNot stdy here if u consider yourself civilized.

My room was very dirty I have a big hole in my wall there’s roaches coming out the shower and out the air conditioner I do not recommend

Don't go here until they remodel or unless you just Don't have money to go somewhere else. PLEASE 🙏🏾 !!! The towels and wash clothes were nasty, strained and hard. Thank God I had some in my bag. The off & on dial for the shower was broken ALL the way off. The handle for the sink fell off when we turned it on. The microwave was Nasty 🤢 someone had burned something in it and it was NOT wiped at ALL. Yes I cleaned it. I travel with cleaning supplies.

The places extremely clean the beds are great, they are very clean ans they have a superb staff,very friendly and professional. The showers are always hot and the a/c is always cold! I work outside in the heat and it's so nice to enter a cool room after a hot day! This is the place to go. I give them a 5 star rating.

Loved my room! Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! Just moved to Albany and stayed here for a week. Questioned the area but felt safe at the hotel. Nice owners. Would definitely stay here again!
