Yuba River Inn

I stayed in Pine cabin for a few days in July. I was outdoors hiking all day and happy to come back to my little cabin - which had a surprisingly large main room, taken up mostly by a very comfy bed with four pillows. A dresser and two side tables completed the furniture. The kitchen is small and serviceable, with a stove, microwave, decent-sized fridge, a pot, a pan, and dishware. Coffee and tea were provided, and a coffeemaker. A table and two chairs were at one end - but two large people might not fit! ||The bathroom is small, too, but sufficiently sized. (There is lovely original tile in the shower.) ||The place was clean and felt cared for. I appreciated the old-fashioned charm of a cabin in the woods. ||Note that access to the river is tricky, at best, and would have involved a steep

Tony is the owner. He’s a super nice guy! I really recommend checking out the cabin called Oak third cabin on the left. The cookware is top of the line. You can stock up on meat and groceries in a town called Graeagle they’ve got large steak, cuts, crunchy, shrimp, etc. etc.

Loved the rustic mountain cabin feel, comfortable bed, basic microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker made for easy snack prep. The propane grill on the porch was clean and included the necessary utensils to cook outdoors with ease. We would book again. Note: just up the road is the Kentucky Mine where we saw some fine live music during their "Music at the Mine" series.

I recently spent four days and nights at the Yuba River Inn. I loved my cabin! My bed was totally comfortable. There was a lovely bathroom. Also a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, towels, dishes, glasses, utensils, everything I needed and more. The cabin had cable TV with many channels. The wall heater heated my cabin very quickly. It's a great location for nearby hiking in the Tahoe and Plumas National Forest. There's a deck near the entrance which has wifi. I could hear the wonderful sound of the beautiful raging Yuba River, which you can access with a short hike. And Debbie, one of the owners, was so kind, friendly and helpful. I even let her know my hiking itineraries, and checked back with her upon my returns. A completely wonderful experience and I'll be going back soon

Words can't express more how much my wife and I have enjoyed our stay at Yuba River Inn this past weekend. Rick and his brother have made our trip a sincere pleasure. If you are looking for a place that is super clean, rustic in the sense of being close to nature, and in one of the best places in Northern California, then look no further. The grounds are well kept, the staff will do everything to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The cabin we stayed in was fully equipped, super clean, all we needed was our own food. The natural beauty of the area is only enhanced by the quiet, wonderful, peaceful surroundings. The private river front area is beautiful and the fishing is excellent. Thank you Yuba River Inn owners and staff for making our trip very special. Looking forward to an
