5 Stars – Best Cottages in the Area! Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottages! It’s hands down the best in the area—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could need. The amenities were top-notch, from the cozy interior to the thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Took this trip with friends and it was a great get away for a group of friends on Memorial Day weekend. Went for a hike on Tamarak trail great for starters or just a simple walk. Calling to book was simple. Rooms are comfy and a must stop on a drive through Cali.

My husband and I are hiking the PCT and we had booked here for 2 nights. We got ahead of ourselves and arrived a day early! We were greeted by Lila with no worries for showing up a day early!😃. The room was perfect! Very clean and so comfortable and homey. It was a perfect home away from home. Our room had a lot of personal touches. It also had a microwave, refrigerator, kerig coffee maker with coffee, some utensils & paper plates. The grounds were beautiful & relaxing. We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the fresh air!! This place would be a great getaway! We are talking about coming back in the fall when we get off the trail! Also Lila was a great host and made sure we had anything we needed! Thanks again for everything! It was tough to leave and go back to the trail!😃

Adorable! We had our own little lawn with fresh grass, beautiful flowers and hummingbirds flying around. Great view of the mountains and the moon. The room was cozy and cute for such a good price’m! Will definitely stay again!

Lila, the owner, is very lovely. Some of our wedding guests guests had their stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lila was very accommodating with our last minute arrival time changes. And it was nice for them to be in walking distance to the other hotel we had booked. Thank you for making our time in Sierra City memorable!
