In inter in room was cold it was a lot of draft coming from the door make it cold put heat on warm room. sink drain very slow. I have report it .took 2 min heat water come through faucet wake up floor was cold . In the Gym room no spray bottle for clean exercise equipments The breakfast was fantastic! 1539 crew did great job they deserve 5 star

Thanksgiving holiday in the Presidential Suite was giving VP status. The check in and check out process was very simple, easy and by text. I just had to pick up my key when I got to the front desk. I spent 4 days here and my bed never got changed after I asked. They just replaced the towels. It was the normal continental breakfast of waffles eggs and sausage links and of course the juice. The bathroom has room for improvement if its gonna be in the Presidential Suite. There also was only one small trash available and it got full very fast. I discovered that the same remote worked both TVs in the room. The lighting was provided by lamps and it made the room very dim. The lights over bed didn't work. There was no iron board in the room- yes I still use the iron. The location was in a tight b

The bathroom had a vent with water sloshing out of it and making a thumping noise all night. Room had a musky smell (probably mold). Fixtures not secured to the wall. The towels were worn out and frayed. Lotion bottle had been used. Neighbors played the guitar. Standard size pillows on a king sized bed. Not a pleasant stay.

Positive: "" Negative: Safety lock on room door was broken off. When staff was informed, it was blown off as not important. We tried to move rooms but was told they were overbooked. We stayed one night instead of two. The next morning there was vomit outside our door.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Dani at the front desk for her outstanding service. From the moment I checked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth with my stay — answering questions, offering helpful recommendations, and handling everything with a smile and a calm attitude. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel like a valued guest instead of just another check-in, but Dani truly does that. She’s a great example of what hospitality should feel like — warm, attentive, and effortless. Because of her, my experience at this hotel was even better than expected.
